Grace Whitford-Wilson
Grace is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate team focussing on corporate healthcare. Grace came to university in Sheffield to study Law at Sheffield Hallam University and completed her LPC at the University of Law in Sheffield. Grace worked as a Paralegal in Employment and Dispute before starting her training contract in Commercial Property. In her spare time, Grace enjoys walking in the Peak District, gardening and cooking.

Jacob Farrall
Jacob is from and lives in Barnsley. Jacob came to Sheffield to study Law at Sheffield Hallam University and then studied the LPC at the University of Law in Sheffield obtaining a distinction. Jacob is a big sports fan, an avid supporter of Manchester United and has played cricket since the age of 8. He is currently a Trainee Solicitor in Property Litigation and will be qualifying as a Solicitor in September.
Education Representative
Abbie Culf
Abbie is our Education Representative and will be responsive for maintaining links between the JLD and the three local universities. Abbie is a trainee solicitor at BRM and is currently undertaking her seat in the Contentious Probate Department, whilst also undertaking some work with the Private Client Department. In her spare time, Abbie enjoys travelling, visiting new places and watching shows at the Lyceum.

Charities Representative
Holly Wardle
Holly is our Charities Representative for 2026/2027 and plays a key role in leading the JLD’s charitable initiatives throughout the year. She is responsible for appointing our Charity of the Year, building and maintaining strong relationships with the charity, and coordinating fundraising efforts to maximise the support we can provide.
Professionally, Holly is a Solicitor at BRM within the Dispute Resolution Team and also sits on the board of the BRM Junior Professionals Network.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys watching Sheffield United F.C., going to the gym, running, and spending time with friends and family.

Izzy Evans
Izzy is a Conveyancing Assistant at Graysons Solicitors. Izzy went to Sheffield Hallam to study Law and is set to finish her LLM in legal practice with the College of Legal Practice in July. Izzy will be undertaking her CLC in early 2027 with the goal of becoming a Licenced Conveyancer. In her spare time, Izzy enjoys going to pub quizzes with her friends, and travelling back to Kent to see her family.
